Christmas Orders
Since we started the business in 2013, we always meet our Christmas deadlines for getting custom metal work out the door before the day. This year remains the same. We will meet our Christmas deadlines with room to spare.
How, you might ask, do we achieve this?
In September 2017, we wrote a blog post about the upcoming Christmas order season. A road trip precluded us from starting orders until October. But, we provided guidelines how to help us deliver custom orders to customers before the big day. And, we easily met our time frames!
This year is slightly different than last year. The shop closes September 15 for a little down time before the Christmas rush. We’ll be ready to crank out your orders starting October 15.
The Steps to Get Your Order Completed
The steps are still the same as our prior blog post.
- Get Your Name On The List – We give priority to customers paying the $50 design deposit. We work orders as they come in and pay a deposit. It’s that easy.
- Be Patient – We pride ourselves on good communication. We keep you informed on our progress.
- Help Us Help You – Look through our gallery and let us know what you like the best. A clear vision helps us provide you with the design you’re after.
- Quick Response Helps – If we ask for information from you, please respond as quickly as you can.
