Show Schedule
We are finalizing our show schedule for 2015:
- May 9, 2015 – Crazy Mama Craft Faire, Bend Outlet Mall
- June 20, 2015 – Sunriver Home & Garden Show, Sunriver Village
- August 1, 2015 – Sunriver Quilt Show, Sunriver Village
- September 19-20, 2015 – Sunriver Fly Fest, Sunriver Village
- November 27-28, 2015 – Traditions Marketplace, Sunriver Lodge (tentative)
- November 27 – December 21, 2015 – Sisters Lions Club Faire, Sisters (tentative)
Balance is the key to our schedule. We are trying to take a few days off here and there, as well as keep up with orders and shows. You might be interested in knowing that a large share of our custom orders come from the internet. When asked how they found us, new customers tell us “Google”. Each show will generate several custom orders. Repeat customers and friends also stretch our creative brains with new projects.
Custom Countertops
Mike has been particularly busy in the shop. After completing Windy Acres Dairy Farm, the Chicago Skyline, and a Custom Countertop recently, he’s been creating products for a new Bend Dog Boutique and resupplying stock for the upcoming Crazy Mama Craft Faire. In the last 2 days, he has cut, ground, and applied patinas to 70 products!

So what the heck is Pat doing (besides adding new products and writing blog posts)? Working on setting goals in Google Analytics, starting to pull together an email list, writing up a Social Media plan, and getting ready to open up the Sunriver Metal Works Store, that’s what! There’s lots of pieces to the pie.
Maintaining Balance
Back to that balance piece – we love working with people, we love creating new pieces, and we want to be more accessible through the store. AND we want to enjoy life by fitting in camping trips to enjoy this beautiful area we live in. Now back to figuring out how all of that fits together!
