How do I order personalized Christmas gifts?
Once we receive your Contact Form located on our website, we respond within 12 hours (usually quicker). Give us your ideas, send images, dimensions, and shipping zip code. If you want help brainstorming ideas, provide us with your phone number. Sometimes that’s the easiest way to start the process.
We will provide a cost estimate based on the information you’ve provided. We use a cost per square foot formula to determine cost. Specialty paint, hangers or offsets may add to the cost. Shipping and handling charges include FedEx shipping, packaging, and PayPal fees. We always select the least expensive shipping method unless you request a specific carrier. You might be surprised to learn that average shipping cost is $20. Our packaging includes box, bubble wrap and tape.
Once you decide to proceed with the order, we send a $50 design deposit invoice via PayPal. PayPal provides you with a secure site to transact business with us. Prototypes of your gift are sent through email. Once you approve the design, Patinas and hangers are selected. This process can take as little as a day or up to a week depending on the customer. Final cost with shipping/handling is determined, and a final PayPal invoice sent.
Shipping of your gift occurs from 2 to 3 weeks after you approve the design and final payment is made.

The closer we get to the holiday season, the more orders we receive. Orders are handled on a first-come first-served basis. We’re just a two person business. Mike focuses on the product, and Pat focuses on the process. We live in an area that gets snow, so we also deal with mother nature and cold temperatures.
