It’s a handy little thing, really. You can create “forms” that allow people to contact you directly from the website. Wufoo sends a text message to your phone, and let’s you know someone’s trying to get a hold of you.
The Contact form is quick and easy to fill out. We only ask a few things to get the conversation going – your name, email, phone number, what you’re looking for, and an image if you have one.

We will contact people within 12 hours of their sending us the form. We actually try to contact people within 2 hours of receiving the form. If potential customers give us their phone number, we sometimes call.
This form has been a very handy way to generate our on-line business for custom metal work. It has moved us from a local business to a nation-wide business. In fact, we even received and completed an order from France using this form.
So back to the “be careful what you ask for”. We still like to hear that notification chime on our phones. It just gets a little busy sometimes – especially right now before the holidays. We’re not complaining – just thankful and working hard!
