Thanksgiving Gratitude
Around this time of the year, we run as fast as we can trying to keep up with Christmas orders. We want everyone to get their gifts in plenty of time for the holidays. Many of our customers started ordering their custom metal art in September. We appreciate that!!!! It helps keep things running smoothly as we juggle the schedule in the shop.
Inevitably, we receive contacts from potential customers Thanksgiving week for Christmas delivery. Today, we received a request for delivery by December 6. Now that’s pushing it. We still have to design, cut, patina, clear coat, and ship pieces across the states within shipping time frames. Not much you can do to speed up Fed Ex ground cross country!
This year created new reasons for gratitude. We now have our first grand baby! Born a week ago, she’s happy and healthy and at home with mom and dad. We can’t wait to see her the week before Christmas, when we’ll be traveling to Alaska for a visit.
We appreciate your understanding that family comes first. This year, we have an extra special request that you understand our family needs.
