Description
This was the first major project that Sunriver Metal Works took on. A local couple were remodeling their home and wanted loft railing panels designed for a 17′ foot opening. Wood railings would surround the panel, and fishing was the theme with the Diamond Trout as the inspiration. 3 panels were created with dimensions noted below. Both sides needed patinas and finish as they were visible from the first and 2nd floors. Mike also had to keep construction code in mind when he designed the reeds which float among the fish. Amazing metal work installed in an amazing home on the Deschutes River.
Colors: Copper patinas with black overspray were used on the panels.
Dimensions: Left and right panel – 60″ wide x 31.5″ high; Center panel – 85.5″ wide x 31.5″ high
Hangers: The carpenter created wood channels for the panels to slip into, then installed the top rail.
