What better way to test your abilities than to create metal art from a picture of a motorcycle. Christmas 2012 was the catalyst for doing just that.
The result of this process has tested our metal in more ways than we could possibly imagine. Fun and frustrating, this piece has taught us many things. How much detail is too much. How size and speed really does matter. How cool it is to watch something be cut out and see the look on people’s faces when they see it for the first time.
It makes us realize that we can use our creativity and tools to put a smile on someone’s face. A passion or interest can be captured in metal and displayed to remind someone why they work day in and day out.
The first custom motorcycle that Sunriver Metal Works created was a HD Softtail Classic.
