If you order an item that is currently in our catalog, it will take approx. 1 week before we ship. If you order a custom item, it will take approx. 2 to 3 weeks to ship once the product is designed and paid for.

Yes, in most cases – the higher the resolution of a photo or jpeg image, the more detail we can create in your finished piece. Try to take photos without clutter and excess detail. We cannot use eps files as our starting point.
All of the product descriptions include which patinas or finishes were used. You can also read more about patinas in the blog post Sunriver Metal Work Patinas and Finishes. The majority of our products have an automotive clear coat applied before shipping. This ensures that the piece will have an extended life if kept outdoors.
We have a 4′ x 8′ CNC table. It is possible to create a larger finished piece by welding items together. However, limitations in shipping may occur.
